About this course

We will show you how Customer Journey Mapping helps you to get a deeper insight into customer needs, behaviour, experience, motivation and desired outcomes. After a short introduction on Design Thinking, you will be practicing how to use Design Thinking tools, and specifically Customer Journey Mapping, by working on a real challenge.

A Customer Journey Map is built up layer by layer. We start ‘above water’, with the customer and slowly dive deeper and deeper into the organisational structures and context. The tool can be used with customers, management, employees and other stakeholders. The toolkit will be handed out after the training so you can start applying the tool immediately to your own business case.

Therefore, please have a look at our new COVID regulations for our in-person training, in compliance with the COVID-19 safety measures of the Dutch government:

  • As of February 25, 2022, we can welcome you to our studio without a demonstration of a Digital COVID Certificate or QR code. However, we do highly encourage you to do a self-test before coming to the studio.
  • If you are diagnosed with COVID or have COVID-related symptoms, we kindly ask you to contact us so we can rebook your ticket.
  • During the training days, it is no longer mandatory to keep a 1,5-meter distance or wear face masks. However, you are free to continue these practices if they make you feel more comfortable during the in-person sessions.
